Therapy Options

Individual Child Therapy

In my work with children I incorporate EMDR, mindfulness, play therapy and art therapy, when appropriate.  Please note that both parents must consent to therapy with minors.play therapy, and art therapy.

Individual Adult Therapy

My primary focus in my work with adults involves a combination of Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness.

Couples & Co-Parenting

I work with a wide arrange of couples including premarital, marital, non-marital partnerships, and couples navigating separation, divorce, and co-parenting.  At the core of my work is Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Theory.

Families

Given my family therapy background I am very comfortable working with families, whatever that group may look like. I have worked with larger families navigating familial distress such as processing grief and loss, as well as siblings, parent-children relationships, stepparent-child relationships, guardian or grandparent-child relationships and other sub-groups.
